Quick easy and usefu

I made several of these in thin leather so that I did not have to finish the raw seam edges as the item is not lined. I put tabs on the zip ends first so that the metal zip ends were not at risk of being hit by the machine needle. These tabs gave a neat finish and a slight pocket at either end of the pencil case. It also helps to stabilise the zip and limit slipping when sewing the ends into the end seams. They turned out really well

Pen/Pencil case

I made about 10 of these pen cases and put them on tablets and journals and used these as prizes for kids and adults as part of our libraries summer program. Easy to follow instructions and pictures made these so easy and quick to make. Thank you Damjana!
